Yoga classes for people who want to take a moment out of their busy lives and connect with themselves. Finding calm, ease and a moment to serve yourself rather than others.
This is for you no matter your experience of yoga. This is for you if you are looking for some space within your busy mind or your busy day. If you are an overthinking people pleaser, then you are in the right place. If you are looking for something to shift, so you can step into your life with more confidence and a clearer mind, then please join me.
This is not for you if you are looking for an exercise class. We will be moving and stretching the body, but these classes are more of a work in than a workout.

Each class is one hour and is held in a small community space at West Bridgford Methodist church. The group is small (12 people maximum) and is welcoming and friendly. The class follows a pattern, so as the weeks go by the movement becomes more and more familiar and the class becomes increasingly a moving meditation. There is a blend of pranayama (breath work), Asana (yoga poses) guided relaxation and meditation.

"Kate creates a lovely, warm space in her yoga classes that makes it feel like a real community. Whether you have been practicing for years or are totally new to yoga, I absolutely recommend coming along and giving them a try."
"I absolutely love this yoga and meditation experience! Kate creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and fully focus. The classes are thoughtfully structured, blending gentle movement with mindful breathing and meditation. I always leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and mentally clear. For me, it’s the perfect way to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and find inner peace. I can’t recommend it enough! THANK YOU, KATE X"
Yoga and Meditation have changed the way I interact with the world. When I began practicing Yoga, my life was great, but I felt like there was something missing. I felt stuck and I was looking for more freedom in my life. I was ready to leave behind people pleasing and my lack of confidence, but was ready to make changes and yoga showed me that the most important change I could make was with my relationship with myself. The life I already have has felt completely different once I connected to the space within me and with myself. I want to share this with you.
