A Space Within
Yoga classes, Meditation workshops and 1:1 Mentoring for those seeking a little space, clarity or calm.
Life is busy and full. Everything moves at a pace where we are trying to keep up. There is always something to deal with and someone to respond to.
So that’s why I created A Space Within.
A space to help you to find tools and techniques to quieten the mind, relax the body and cultivate a sense of inner spaciousness, stillness and peace.
I offer space for yoga, space for meditation, space to breathe, space for mentoring and growth, space to rest, space for stillness or simply space for you to be yourself.
I am a secondary school language teacher and I teach Yoga and Meditation alongside my school teaching job.
Yoga and Meditation have changed the way I interact with the world. There are so many tools contained within Yoga’s ancient wisdom to support us in creating a little more ease, finding clarity, acceptance, stillness and peace. I want to share these teachings and to enable others to experience all that these practices can offer.
Training and Qualifications:
9 month Meditation Teacher Training and 6 month Thereputic Meditation Mentoring Training with Kings Meditation and Mentoring.
200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Deva School of Yoga at Hot Yoga Nottingham
50hr Mentorship and Training: - Flourish with Chrissie Chung
I am currently studying a 100hr Hatha Yoga Training: - Asana Sadhana Dharma with Om Som Yoga and Ayurveda.

Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or escaping life, it’s about discovering a quiet space within yourself that’s always been there, waiting to be uncovered. Over four sessions I explore some simple yet very effective ways to build a regular meditation practice helping you to find a little more peace and calm in your day.
Finding a Space Within
Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Wednesdays 6:15pm - 7:15pm
The classes are an hour long with a blend of asana (movement and postures) pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Classes are suitable for everyone, all you need is an interest in yoga and a desire to practice. Do not expect a work out, it is more like a work in, movement which will connect you with the space within and help you to find some stillness. An hour to find some serenity, harmony and inner peace.

One to one mentoring and coaching: Space to grow
If you have an old habit or limiting pattern that you’d like to unpick, whether it’s procrastination, self‑doubt, stress, or any other recurring obstacle, together we’ll uncover a clear path forward over ten one‑hour sessions, either in person or online.
Using therapeutic meditation techniques that go beyond simple relaxation, we’ll explore the subconscious roots of your habits and replace old patterns with empowering new behaviours.
The first session is free and comes with no strings attached, so you can see whether the approach works for you. Helping people break those habits and feel lighter and more at ease in their daily lives is truly my favourite kind of work.
